Better Dynasty?

JJK Baseball or PV Football?

Bot started winning in the 80's. Both have 8 state titles to their credit. I know PV has lost in 1 state title game, while I believe Kelly has lost in 3? Or maybe just the 2.

And most surprising 06-07 season?
PV gettin pounded by Giles or JJK getting torched by Strasburg?

Football's the better sport, so I'd have to go with PV.

That is debatable. Of course, coming from a DAWG, that would be the answer. Other than in football and basketball, has Appy won state?

Of course it's debatable, everybody has their own opinions as to which sport is their favorite. Mine happens to be football...has nothing to do with me being from Appy. As far as Appy Baseball, they've never had a coach worth a crap to take them anywhere (I think you may know who I'm talking about).

In Southwest VA, Football is king. So, I think with all the emphasis put on football, then football accomplishments are viewed more favorably than other sports.

I am going to have to go with PV football. You can tell by the attendance at games that Football is king in SWVA and the interest levels are much higher in football than baseball. Also, the atmosphere of Friday Night football vs. Tuesday Baseball, no comparison, Football is king in these neck of the woods and I also feel that the accomplishments in football are far superior to those in baseball. Just my opinion.

And we could be anywhere outside of football-starved SWVA, and the answer could be different. It's apples and oranges. It is cool enough for me though that when we are talking dynasty that these 2 are the ones being talked about.
